And if i were to eat only this and water for a month, how many pounds would i lose?

one cup of salad has 10-15 calories. croutons - not the best choice - they are made usually of white flower and are pretty high in fat.
when you starve/deprive your body all you lose is water weight and muscle not fat and slow down your metabolism. what happens - your body stores all you eat in fat reserves and uses muscle for energy instead - so basically you end up with higher body fat percentage.
dont look at diet as something to "go on", diet is a way of life. to get permanent results you have to make permanent lifestyle (diet and exercise) changes.

theres no calories in the lettuce, but the crutons definitley have calories. if you don't eat the crutons you should be good
