as i just told someone else.. natures variety is an awesome brand.. its a very high quality food even better than science diet..it contains no by products, corn or wheat..please read about it and decide for yourself, but i can guarentee you won't be disapointed..you will see less poop, because the nutrients are all real and good for them so they aren't getting pushed out like the bad ones..plus you might notice less peeing too, because they are staying better hydrated..

I feed my dog maxium it is 100% all natural & contains no gluetin (sp??) I get a 20 lbs bag for about 15 bucks. You can get maxium at Wal-Mart. But out of the 2 you have listed I would go with solidgold health. Good Luck to you. One last thing you can always look at the ingredients & see if it contain glutin if it does I won't buy it

Innova. There is also Innova Evo, which is even higher in meat content and is great for large breeds.
But definitely Innova. California Natural is the one for dogs who have sensitive digestive systems or allergies. I have found that Innova does not suit all dogs due to its high calorie content but it is my first choice.

I have been feeding my 3 dogs innova for years. They are all healthy and young for their ages. They run, swim, play like they are puppies! Their vet says to keep feeding them this food.

Dogs are usually allergic to grains... Try to find a dog food that does not have grains.

google: dog + food + grain free

Those are the best possible canned/wet or kibble you can buy your animal.
