can some one tell where i can get free software to convert text to voice and also save those voice recordings. I would also like to know how we can record voice, any sofware fpr that????

i am able to listen text to voice using balabolka but cant record it, could u please help???

I think you mean convertin some text into voice so that you don't have to record it yourself.
First, you have to download some voices you want. If you have a torrent client (as Azureus, Bittorrent or uTorrent), download this:

(I prefer loquendo voices), and then you can download Balabolka (which is the one I use, ther are a lot more and better than this one, but this is for free)

If you don't want to download any programs, you can't try the website of loquendo, but i don't like it. Hope this serves you!
