Quick? Hot Dogs, hamburgers, chicken. Chicken cooks even faster if you use boneless pieces like boneless breast. Bratwurst are fast too, but soak them in water or beer for a bit before you put them on the grill. Also, things like weiners, brats, smoked sausages need to be turned with a spatula or something that won,t pierce the casing and let the flavors drip out. Now i gotta go look for my charcoal. You,ve made me hungry! Remember too that if it,s steak or pork the thinner it,s sliced the faster it cooks.

This is a easy one:
Ingredients:
* 4 Chicken wings
* 4 Chicken drumsticks
* 4 Chicken thighs
Jerk Marinade
* 1 large Onion, finely chopped
* 3 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
* 1 tsp fresh grated Ginger root
* 1 tsp Allspice
* 2 tsp hot Pepper sauce/ Chilli flakes
* 2 tsp Thyme
* 2 tsp Coriander
* 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
* 5 tbsp Lemon juice
* A pinch of Salt
Method:
* to make the marinade, whiz all its ingredients in a blender and mix until an smooth texture is formed.
* Make small cuts in chicken pieces with a knife and arrange them in a dish in one layer.
* Pour over the marinade mixture over chicken, cover and marinate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
* Barbecue the chicken pieces or cook them in the oven( 220 C/ Gas mark 7) for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
* Serve with potato wedges.

Quick Creamy Spinach and Tomato Pasta
INGREDIENTS
3/4 pound angel hair pasta
1-1/2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
3 cups baby spinach leaves
3/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons prepared basil pesto (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until tender. Drain.
While you wait for the pasta, combine the tomatoes and spinach in a saucepan over medium heat. When the spinach begins to wilt, stir in the sour cream and pesto. Toss sauce with drained pasta and serve immediately.

Easy Deviled Eggs
Makes: 2 doz. deviled eggs or 24 servings, 1 deviled egg each
12 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
PEEL eggs; cut in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash with fork.
ADD dressing and mustard; mix well. Spoon evenly into egg whites; sprinkle evenly with paprika.
SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
ROSIE'S EASY POTATO SALAD
7 potatoes
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Mayonnaise
Paprika
Peel and cut up potatoes. Boil under tender. Drain and place hot potatoes in bowl. Immediately pour bottled Italian dressing over all potatoes and toss to coat. Cover and leave in refrigerator overnight. Mix mayonnaise (to taste) with the salad dressing in the bowl. Stir gently to coat potatoes. Garnish with paprika
AUNT JOANN'S MACARONI SALAD WITH TUNA
1 package small shell pasta
1 large can tuna
chopped tomatoes
sliced cucumbers
chopped onion
5 hard boiled eggs
shredded Cheddar cheese
mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook, drain and cool shell pasta. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients, toss thoroughly and refrigerate
serve crackers with cheese
fruit kabobs
chips and dip
veggie platter

depends on the occassion and WHO you are serving
hamburgers and hotdogs mostly requested by kids
steaks old stand by for adults

For a side dish you can make some pasta salad..macaroni,mayo,celery,pickles,green onions and season to taste..
