He probably isn't angry, just scared. If you see a bike coming, go over to the other side of the road or ask the person on the bike to ride in the street away from you while he passes you.

Cesar Milan dealt with a dog like that on his show the Dog Whisperer. Part of it is territorialism and part of it is anxiety, I think. My suggestion is that when he sees a bike, completely reverse the direction you're taking him in. The other thing would be to check out some of Cesar's material on his website. You could also take him to obedience training where they can help you desensitize him to bikes.

first is it the bike or what. try to get an old bike free or really cheap adn let him see it won't hurt him,
If you can tie him on a good strong chain or lead.
After he can accept the bike tye him and you just get on teh bike out of his reach. Talk to him in a very calm voice letting him know you or the bike won't hurt him.
Then try to ride teh bike in front of him and see if he''s ok.
Now try to get someone who is willing to do the same thing. do this slowly. try to praise him everytime he is being good.
If not get a professional behavior trainer.

Do you have a bike? Maybe put the bike around him. Some dogs just have their own minds. I havent met a dog yet that likes a postman...lol

Did he possibly have a bad experience with somone riding a bike? Take him to a animal behaviorist to work on his issue. A regular trainer will not be as effective to resolve the issue.

some dogs are like that and have a low tolerance for things that move fast-ie bike and cars. it would be best to send him to obedience school and he should never bite you for pulling on a lead. if necessary get him a muzzle until he can be properly trained

its natural with some dogs....whenever they hear the loud sound of the bike they think that its gonna hurt them n they bcome aggressive....they bark at them, try to run behind them n sometimes bite whoever close to them....u must be careful with ur dont...
i dont know how to treat a dog with this kind of behaviour....
now make sure that u dont take ur dog out unless u treat him...
good luck..

You have two thngs going on:

1: Something referred to as 'civil agitation' and
2: Something referred to as 're-directed aggression.'

Both are very simple to deal with and any experienced trainer can help you understand the terms and show you the 'fix.'

your dog is probably lonely because hes trapped inside the house.when you ride a bike ask your mom if you can carry him in a basket then attach it to the bike for your dog doesn't run away.
