There's this guy that I like, he works at the local restaurant and I think he likes me too. The first time we actually got near each other was weird, he seemed very nervous, quiet and didnt look me in my eyes, even though it was him who came into my personal space and just stood there. Well the last time I saw him he was very distant. We made eye contact that was longer than most humans have and the rest of the time I was there it seemed like he was hiding. And it was obvious he wasn't working because everyone else was standing around talking so their were no customers to help. But he still hid somewhere in a corner out of my sight. Now I hear that he changed his hair. And I've seen this guy for years, his hair was his mark! What's going on here? I'm reallly starting to feel this guy! What should I do without coming on too hard, I'm also shy.

Don't be shy, you only live once. Strike up a conversation with him, maybe about a movie, or a nearby mall, and then casually say "I think we should go there together, would you like that?" (with a very serious face) You will be able to tell right away if he's into you by his response. If he disses you, just say, I can always go with with someone else, I just thought you might like to go. If he just smiles with his head down, he's into you, just extremely shy, he'll open up. Guy and Girls either don't like to be rejected but , like I said you only live once.

Sure sound that he likes you. I've done this 'distance like' myself thousands of times. On the bright side he won't do anything about it, he will just keep up the 'distance like'. Her could be waiting on you to give him a sign you like him, and as you won't give any sign he can see, he will just keep things the way they are.
As your shy, there is not too much hope here. Unless you can over come your shyness and just ask him out.

sweetie this vibe stuff is immature. and he isn't looking because he is working and his boss is watching. so loosen up. and do not focus on one guy. there is probably a dude that is just dying to take u out right in your path, but u r so focused on the other guy that u do not see him. look around and open up your life.

He just gets nervous around unbelievably beautiful women... You have to be aggressive... shy guys love that!
