You can sell puppies at 8 weeks old but it would be in the best interest of the puppies if they were with mom until they were at least 10 weeks old.

Puppies can be sold at any age. They however cannot be taken from their mother until they ar at least eight weeks old or two months and they should have had their first set of shots at 7 or 8 weeks.

the general answer is 7-8 weeks old though most recommend 8 weeks. the good answer is it depends on the breed and the developement of the dog. smaller breed dogs are often held from 12 weeks+

The legal age is eight weeks old. By then they are old enough to be fixed and have their vaccinations and be fine without mom.
