My dog pooped and it was very wet and while he was walking it was dripping all over the floor, is that a sign of diarrhea?

Diarrhea can come in a watery solid to a very watery liquid and is extreme depending on the amount of times he goes. I wouldn't be overly concerned unless the feces contains blood, worms or goes on for longer than two or three days. Feed him cooked rice until his stomach settles.

I would say that your dog has diarrhea. Diarrhea is wet, loose, watery stool. It could mean that he has it due to any number of things, could have eaten garbage, if you changed him to a different food to fast, worms, stress, etc.

yes diarhea in a dog is same as a person.
make sure he keeps hydrated and if it continues take him to teh vets tomorrow to seee if there is a reason such as worms or a virus
