Haha, ugh. Tramp stamps really are degrading on a woman. They just appear so skanky and sleezy; if a guy sees a chick with a tramp stamp, he probably thinks she'll be a quick lay.
I guess it's because it's "cool." Right. What I find funny is that 99% of all tramp stamps are all the same -- some sort of tribal, butterfly, flower, or their name! Hello, what's the point in getting your name tattooed on your lower back? Do you plan on forgetting it any time soon? Do you want that guy at the bar to know your name while he's hitting it from behind? Riiight, that makes sense.
My cousin just got a tramp stamp last month and I've nagged her about it ever since. They're just trashy.

It particularly relies. A tattoo does not make any individual a "tramp" or "sl**" - Her conduct will. I believe the decrease again is a nice position for females to get tattoos - Because females should not have many locations to position huge tattoos in a position that's effortless to cover. It IS trashy for ladies to get them there, then put on tiny little garments to exhibit it off always. Also, it bothers me while individuals get tattoos there, or at any place else for that subject, with out striking notion into it. If your tattoo does not imply something to you, then why have it? Just my opinion.

I think it a generational thing. I am 31 and don't have one. But, my friends in their 20's all do, and I hang out with a pretty diverse group of women. I have discussed it with them as well as with others; and we concluded it is a generational thing. Many of my Friends regret having the tattoo there now. Most got them between the ages of 18 and 21....and now that they are older, not partying as much and have careers, they just don't think it fits who they are.

Thats where i got my first tattoo..i like it and don't consider it a "Tramp Stamp". but the reason i got it there was originally to hide it from my parents!..lol but i like it also so that if i hate having the tattoo when im older it is in a place i cant see it and often forget about it now.

It sounds like you are opposed to it for religious reasons, perhaps? Well, when girls get tattoo's they aren't thinking of in terms of it being a sin. They do it for cosmetic reasons.
Usually women get some sort of flower or buttlerfly put on their lower back. These women tend to do it because they feel "girly" and are comfortable showing off that part of their body. They also tend to be outgoing or flirtatious. (I've never met any shy girls who have tattoos on their lower back).
That's just my opinion of why girls seem to tattoo their lower back.
