The thing is that I bought a house that has 3 bathrooms on it, and the bathroom of the master bedroom (mine) has the toilete, bathtub, and sink in burgundy color. The other 2 bathrooms have the toilete and sink in baby pink. The 3 bathrooms have white ceramic floor, and beige walls. How can I redecorate without spending too much money?

If I had the budget, the pink fixtures would be the first to go.

2nd option: work with it.

For a 50's feel - pink and black with white and chrome. Use B+W old movie star photos in black lacquer frames. White walls, flamingo motif.

South Seas feel - Coral walls, and sea shells that have pink inside as accents. Bamboo wastebaskets and accessories. Hawaiian print shower curtain with burgandies, pinks, blacks, yellows and blue.

You can paint the fixtures/tiles and replacement isn't as expensive as you think (there may be incentives from your water company and there are always great sales). You could just embrace the colors and use complementary towels like black and gold in the burgundy bath and yellow or white in the pink bath. Personally I would price out replacement and do the install myself it is pretty easy and there are loads of websites and books on how to and you'll be happier in the long run and may even save money by installing newer setup that use less water. Good Luck!

PAINT
Paint can be like $7 a gallon. Get some light blue and do a bright white trim, add seashells and starfish....some heavy rope around the mirror...you have a seaside escape!

Try a warm coffee brown if the room needs darkened, I have this in my bedroom and love it. With white trim, it's so nice!

How about all white walls, then sponge paint TWO shades of the same color...or use a rag for a paintbrush. We did our den in beige, then did a browner color with sponge all over, then a slightly darker brownish yellow over top of this, all over. It looks amazing!

Paint stripes! If you have painters tape and a steady hand, and lots of time, this looks great. Try two shades of the same color, one dark green then a slightly lighter green...or whatever. Check out food tv for barefoot contessa show, the greens in her kitchen are amazing!
