Hi, I am 5'3" and weigh 184lbs. I used to weigh 204 in january and that's when i decided to do something. It took from january to may to lose this weight. which is not a lot for a course of 4 months. now it is even harder to lose more weight. does anyone have any suggestions on how to lose more weight. I want to be at 155lbs or less by august 1st. that's my goal for the summer.

Green tea is a great antioxidant but I don't see it as a way to lose weight just reduce toxins that may be reducing your bodies natural efforts. There is a web site for free diet and exercise advice it is made by the US government and is really helpful (www.mypyramid.gov). You put in your weight and height and it gives you a plan to get to the weight you should be at. Good Luck!

Increase the amount of exercise to its double.
Eat 1 grapefruit after every meal.
Cut down your meals to their 3/4.
Add 2 snacks of fat free yogurt. (calcium)

well i drank pom tea with is a combination of PURE green tea and pomegranate juice..it tasted pretty bad so i stoppedd..i heard it helps you lose weight but i didn't try it for long enough to know that for sure
