First take your dog to the vet to make sure that she is not seriously ill. Second make sure there is no bones in the chicken and no it does not matter what chicken you use but I would use white rice. I would try the chicken and rice until you can get her to the vet

as far as rice an chichen use plain non seasoned chicken and boil it now use teh chicken broth to cook plain white rice.
feed in small amounts try about 1/4 cup and see if she hold it.
if she does try 1/4 cup about every 2-3 hours and see how she holds it.
If she is drinking you should be ok to wait to take her to teh vets tomorrow.
If she seems to be doing better take a stool sample in and have it checked for worms. You may want to have her heartworm checked as heaartworm is very dangerous and if you can get her on prevetative ( once a month pill ) they also prevent the other worms.
Talk to your vet about the bland diet and I usually go a day with teh rice and chicken and then slowly add teh dry back in so it isn't a shock to the syustem and by day 2 she should be fine unless the vet finds something else wrong

You should really take her to the vet and have a fecal exam done. She could have an intestinal parasite such as Coccidia or Giardia. Since she is throwing up, put her on a bland diet of boiled hamburger and rice. You can also use canned pumpkin to help firm up her stools.

Being that she looked nice this morning makes me ask your self whether might she might have chanced on something to chew on or consume that could have made her sick. doggies, in simple terms like human toddlers, like to detect issues to chew on and consume. frequently, there's a reason an animal throws up. there is not any actual answer as to why your chorkie is sick till a veterinary seems on the canine. as long as she is eating something, IE, mom's milk, then she must be ok. you ought to attempt giving some water besides. If she does not start to experience extra suitable, then your parents are going to might desire to take her to the vet. stable luck,

How often is she throwing up/day? How many days? If this is excessive (more then just a few) you definately need to see a vet. Boiled chicken, no bones, any type, white rice.

Has your dog had it's series of worming shots/pills? Animals often throw up when they have worms.
