My Brother Hurts me when I'm around him.?

Hi People! whenever i go near my brother, and i so something that i would never even think would annoy him, like if i joke around and say something that might annoy him but is funny, he laughs, then gets really mad and starts beating me on the back, punching me, pinching me, and screaming, where a regular kid would just say, "Pretty funny. yeah, i'm not really that good." then laugh. but he really hurts me. them when I tell my mom, I tell her what i did, and tell her how he hurt me and he says, "It's all his fault! he said then i say, "but he hurt me and i say how he hurt me' then he says, "i didn't do all of that, and he neglects that he did a lot of the stuff he did" so, can anyone offer me advice?

My Mom and Dad BOTH have talked to him. they're divorced.

Just don't joke around with him until he can learn not to hit you. What do your parents think about this? Do they talk to your brother about this or do they not believe he hit you? Your parents should talk to your brother about how he shouldn't hit you. So yeah, just avoid joking around with him so it doesn't give him a reason to beat you.
