No, it will not, it will grow back regular. Just be careful because those creams can cause rashes, and that is worse that having hair. Have you tried to bleach it? That may be helpful if you have just a bit of hair. Perhaps try that first before veet or Nair.

you can use a technique called threading Popular in India and the Middle East, threading involves a cotton thread which is knotted then twisted in the middle and rolled along the hairs which are then pulled out from the root. This method is best for shaping eyebrows and removing facial hair. An inexpensive, fast and neat method which last anywhere between 2-4 weeks based on individual hair growth.
It is a technique which you need to practise

Wax is the only thing that works for me. I am allergic to Nair and that kind of thing. You can also use the peroxide bleach made by Sally Hansen, which makes it less noticeable. There is some other stuff, called Magic Cream, which I'm thinking about trying. It is actually marketed to African American men to give them that shiny bald look, but a lot of Caucasian people use it too, because it works for sensitive skin, which a lot of African Americans tend to have.

No that's a myth. Over time if the hairs are ripped out they grow back less & if they are shaved they grow back sharper , just beware that all chemicals are not always wise to put on the face so read the instructions to be sure.
