How do you uninstall ICQ6?

The Uninstaller program button in the sub-menu of the ICQ folder on my programs Icon does not do anything, nor does the remove link on Contol Panel>Add or Remove programs. All it does is blink after I press it. Nothing changes. I tried reinstalling it to see if I was missing components but it still did the same thing. Does anyone no how to get rid of this program?

Sometimes you have to reinstall it to uninstall it .Then try jv16 free download for 30 days and it uninstalls alot of stuff you thought you uninstalled
