Sounds like hormones to me... sit down with a good movie, or a book, something to occupy your mind. Maybe that will help. Good luck.

The first thing you can do when you can’t seem to stop crying is not ignore or try to wish away the problem. Spend some time examining the current events, stress and people in your life to figure out if there is any logical connection to your feelings. Have you recently experienced anything sad, worrying or traumatic? What circumstances changed just before the crying began (ask who, what, and where)?
When you've fully examined your feelings you might discover a pattern to your crying sessions. Discussing the problem with a friend or family member may be all you need to sort things out. Sometimes just talking about your worries can help make it feel less intense.
If these steps don’t seem to help, it might be time to find out if you need to speak to a professional. The Wakerfield Test is a very helpful tool in this area and you can take the results to a licensed therapist. I’d also highly recommend the book Undoing Depression by Richard O’Connor Ph.D for anyone suffering from Depression, but it should be read in conjunction with rather than an alternative to therapy.
There are many things you can do in the meantime to at least keep the tears at bay. Painting, puzzles, cooking, knitting, and simply watching a funny movie or TV show can be a welcome distraction. Spending time with and caring for the family pet is also a relaxing activity.
Hope that helps!

maybe you are cleansing your soul. it's okay to cry. emotion means in-motion. you have to feel what you are feeling before you can stop feeling it. everything has a being, a middle an and end. so does your grief. the question is, what are you grieving? do you know? it is yours? are you feeling the sadness of those around you? the planet? or are they your feelings.
my grandmother use to tell me that the most precious water on the earth is the water from our tears, it contains our spirit. sharing it with others is a blessing.
if you are crying and can't stop, just let it flow. i promise you it will stop. once you know what you are grieving. it will stop. sit with yourself and ask, "what am I so sad about?" ; "what am I grieving" write, just start writing...........don't judge what you write. you'll be amazed what comes out of you.
remember to also tell yourself, "I deeply and completely love and except myself even though I can't stop crying"

well i assume this is not something new to you or that you have just suffered a loss .
in that case you should really think about seeing a doctor as you may very well have some kind of depression that is treatable .
in the mean time change your vision really just go outside for a walk or sit in the back yard call a family member or a very trusted friend .
if you still have troubles drink some alcohol in small amounts do this only until you can see the doc. don't drink too much as it then becomes a depressant you don't want that so stick to one or two shots .

You`ve got to ask yourself why. There has to be a reason, you can`t just start crying for nothing, If you go out for a walk to keep your mind occupied with other activities, you`ll forgewt all about why you`re even crying. Come on,be more positive!

Lots of ways - but you may have clinical depression, so if this has been going on for a while see a doctor - you might need some medication. In the meantime, however, look up "jokes" and see if you can't find something that will make you laugh! :)

Hummmmmmmmmmm. Well, first off. Go out to eat. Not inside. Dont bother yourself making the food. Eat your favorite food. Listen to some relaxing music. It will help. Find a person you can talk to.
