Well girls like boys who are:
emotional and not afraid to cry
strong and independent and cares for himself
boys that can cook
guys who are themselves
sweet, kind, smart, attractive, and hardworking.
Well its ok if you dont have all the things but at least have some and the most important thing is to be yourself

To answer 'Be yourself' is lame and useless, only because most people don't know who they are until they have experience and wisdom under their belt which takes years to nurture and develop.
This being said, you can get her interest by making her smile, laugh and joke around with you.
But as the genii of the lamps say: "We can bring you the girl, but we can't make them fall in love with you. That you have to do on your own!"

Find out all the kind of things she likes to do. Ask her her opinion on something regardless if you really care about the subject matter or not, it just leaves it open and shows her that you care what she thinks about.

if u want to let a girl likes u u should be u r self and let her know all u r skills like telling jokes but not every time and tell her about u then ask her so u can be a listener and when she tell a joke smile and thats what i could tell u

don't be shy first of all she won't notice u try to talk with her see if u have something in comon and if so try to talk with her about the hobby, pets, or anything else u have in comon make her feel good around u
