None that I am aware of, the dermatologist can do it for you, and they just leave a white dot, that's better than a scar and much less noticeable.

Moles are generally growths on our skin. These might get removed through surgical treatments, or even using numerous store products or home remedies.
Surgery treatment is overpriced, charging anywhere from around $100 to $400 and can bring about scarring. Homemade remedies are generally low-cost and could get rid of skin moles within only a few days with no scar problems.
Home remedies may use onion, cumin seeds, as well as fresh pineapple juice used for a short period of time.

I wouldn't advise you to even try removing one yourself. Moles can become skin cancer, if messed with. You should let a pro do this. That way it's safe for you.

i have the same issue. i dont want to get it surgicly removed but im still self-cauntious about it. one of my moms friends told my mom to put like a drop of echinacea goldenseal on the mole every day and it will start to shrink. i didnt work on me, i used it for two months and nothing happend. but try it. it just might work.
