That's gross. Stay away from her. She obviously left you so she could go sleep around.
Maybe she has an STD by now and you need to think long term. If you take her back now and she hurts you more and leaves you again and you (possibly) get an STD from her (either because she has one now or cheats on you while you're dating), you may ruin any chances of one day being a STD-free happily married husband to someone you TRULY love.
This woman has already shown her true colors.

If she had sex with tons of other guys in only a year, I would have never dated her in the first place. I don't trust people(not just women) who jump in and out of bed at the drop of a hat.

No, because first of all, I'm sure you don't wanna go out with a girl who sleeps around that much. Second of all, you need to move on because if she breaks your heart again...you just got played 2 times! Leave her alone and MOVE ON WITH YOUR LIFE. If she's such a s l u t then why even consider it.
