Okay, I've been on vacation so I haven't talked to him for a week and I didn't call him while I was on vacation. For some odd reason, that made him think that I must have met somebody special while I was on vacation and that's why I didn't call him! So, we were talking on the phone and he told me to hold on for like 30 summin minutes and then after the like 30 minutes he hung up! So, he had me waiting all that time for him and then just hung up on me! UGH! I was so pissed. So I called him back and nobody answered the phone. Why would he do this? because I know it was on purpose.

First of all, I can't believe you actually waited for 30 minutes. I would have hung up after 5 or 10 minutes if that.

Second of all, I think it's healthy that you didn't contact him for a week, just to keep him on his toes and wondering. But the game he is playing really is very inconsiderate and immature. I wouldn't call him. Make him wonder why you aren't calling him, and watch how quick he calls you. Besides, relationships should be built on trust. If he continues acting this, or even goes as far as cheating on you, run far away, because he'll just use your vacation as an excuse to do something hurtful.

Why did he do this, you ask? It sounds to me like he's immature. Maybe he was offended because you didn't call him or maybe he was jealous that you found someone else, but whatever the case, that is no excuse for him to be rude. I would write it off to an immature reaction on his part. Now, I have a question for you: why DIDN'T you call him during the whole week? Did you not think of him and miss him? How would you like it if he went away for a whole week and didn't call you? How would you react in that situation?

Don't rule out some kind of misunderstanding here. Could also possibly be some technical issue with the phone. Sounds a bit too wierd to be intetional.

He was jealous of that person you met on your vacation, even though he's just imaginary.

You should keep calling him and try to talk to him about it if you have really strong feelings for him. If not, I'd dump him, because he's just wasting your time.

He is just trying to taunt you.
He wants you to feel the hurt he felt while you were away.
He is acting like a spoilt child.
He is jealous
Men have a totally different way of thinking than women do.
Let him be for now he will eventually come around.

Maybe he just wanted to p*** you off and it seems to have worked, however it doesn't sound like he's worth getting that upset about... Chill, go and have a night out with the girls and forget about it for a while, things may look different tomorrow...

Ok, he is being like this to be spitefull. He is mad and even hurt that you did not even care to call him to say hi while you were on vacation. He's trying to make you feel insecure because you made him feel insecure.

That's not a trick. Simply one uncaring person, being very rude. You DO have a choice to NOT be further insulted in that way.

Most of the time when someone starts accusing, it is they themselves that have done or are doing what they are accusing you of!
I think he may have done you a favor by hanging up!
Onwards and Upwards
