ok so i broke out a little on my chest and need it to go away ASAP because i'm going on vacation next week to the beach! my problem is that i get scars really easily and it takes a while for cuts, zits, etc to heal. (i think it's due to lack of protein).
anyway, if you could offer me some advice to make it go away faster, that's be great!

I'm sure you don't want to go and spend 150.00 dollars on something, but you can also use it when you get other pimples too. It worked great for me. It's called the Zeno, you can get it at walgreens, and it workes really good. HAVE FUN AT THE BEACH!

I'm not sure I can help with current problem...but if you take a diet supplement called Echinacea it will increase your immune system. Echinacea is just an amino acid. amino acids make up protein, so it's something your body already makes. I don't really believe you can completely get rid of them as soon as you would like this time. make sure you are using cosmetic products that are not oil based!

You need to go and buy some calendula cream, preferably calendula cream by Jurlique. Using this stuff is the fastest I've seen pimples disappear. It looks greasy, but trust me they will disappear in 2-4 days.

try proactiv. you can also use it on next time breakouts. or you can try this new Zeno thing. i hear it works pretty well.
