I go to the evangelical Free Church. I do this because they rely on what the scriptures say and not on what a manmade organization says (the watchtower but some will say that the church is a manmade origination).
This is not meant as an attack on Jehovah Witnesses but I wish to clarify so it may sound like it is.
When you look at a Jehovah Witnesses bible look for words which are in italic (or stand out in some way) like John 1:1 where it says "and the Word was (a) God." The (a) has been added in so as to make the idea that Jesus is God sound ludicrous. The early King James Bibles will actually point out Trinity references in the Bible and these are the ones that Jehovah Witnesses have added words into.

Jehovah Witnesses are very devout and disciplined though and it is not uncommon (from what I've heard) for a 'JW' to know more than a hundred scriptures off by heart. I wish other churches were more disciplined like that.

Go to the true Chuch that Jesus founded:

-Mt. 16:18 - And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build MY church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it, )
-Mt. 28:18-20 - "All power in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.

That Church, according to Christ´s promise, still exists today, and those who deny that are making Christ a liar since he would not have kept his promises (above).

That Church was called the Catholic Church by Ignatous of Antioch in 107 AD, just 74 years after Christ's death - “Avoid divisions, as the beginning of evil... Wheresoever the bishop appears, there let the people be, even as wheresoever Christ Jesus is, there is the Catholic Church” - Epistle to the Smyrnaeans- VIII

Let me let Richard Dawkins answer that question.
He is the Professor of the Public Understanding of Science at Oxford University.

There is a segment about Ted Haggard (before he was accused of smoking/buying meth and having homosexual relations).

HEATHER HEATHER!! you know that isnt true. What types of "tricks" can we possibly use??? We show you God's Word as it is and let you decide. I find it amusing that when people want to do what they want and not what God requires they find a way to blame others. Jehovah's organization, as you know, is a peaceful one worldwide. Any problems you may have encountered could have been easily solved, if you wanted to solve them. We are still imperfect people trying our hardest to live up to Jehovah's standards. I know i didnt answer the question, but i had to say this.

Chances are, if you returned to Babylonian dead works, you are not a Witness.
Do as you chose.

2Pe 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
2Pe 2:21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them.
2Pe 2:22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

Who alone worships Jehovah the only true God?

Who alone honors Jesus, the only begotten Son of God?

Who alone rejects the teachings of Plato?

Who alone has the world wide love of brothers and sisters?

Who alone is known for following all the bible?

Pray to Jehovah and quit limping on two opinions.

Serve Baal (Lord), or serve Jehovah.

I was a Jehovah's Witness as a child & let me assure you! They are a CULT! They use trickery & Deceit to lure you into their organization. They actually re-wrote the Bible to fit their teachings! They have predicted the end of the world several times & the Bible clearly says to run from anyone that does this & never follow them again. They use tactics suchy as family removement & will not allow you to even be spoken to if you do not follow their teachings to the letter. They Are the apitimy of a Classic Cult! Believe Me! Run From these People! They say they haven't changed the Bible, They have & changed it to confuse you into believing false teachings!

You can only decide that for yourself. But Im confused how you can switch so easily? The two sects of religion are completely different and seperate. Do what is in your heart. However, in my opinion you are confused because how can you have faith in both of these religions?

Jehovah Witnesses is a cult, as is Mormonism. If you want the Truth, you won't find it in a cult. Go to a church that teaches the Bible ONLY. Ask questions!

Isn't organized religion really a set of interpretations? Go with the ones who you feel most fit your own thoughts and beliefs.
