depends on why you were fired. are you anticipating doing poorly in a job so you get fired? always do your best. sometimes it will just be out of your control on losing a job. don't steal, don't lie, don't cheat. try to be the best employee you can.

It is against the law for any employer to tell a future employer that you were fired. However, during interviews, you will frequently be asked why you left your previous jobs. If you lie and say that you quit rather than being fired, you could be fired from your new job for lying. It's never good to be fired from a job. It could haunt you for years. I've had to fill out surveys for post-college job applications where they ask if I have EVER been fired from a job. If you are willing to get fired, you better have a really good reason that you think will hold up 20 years later.

You are only 16 and besides if you get fired don't worry about it. You will write your resume not your employer. It would help if you have reference letter from your previous work but it's not that crucial, since you are only 16...good for you :)

Possible.
if you are on the job only two or three months, just never list it on your applications. If longer, then you may have a problem as they do check reference.
But some never check they are just to busy
