Real leather shoes especially Doc Martens, decent shampoo, childrens clothes as they have no VAT. Go to Next because they have really cool clothes that are cheaper than same quality in US

Perhaps tea in your hotel room, as it's often included in the room price. You make it yourself, but you can drink all you want.
Other than that, I don't think anything is cheaper in UK.
