crash diets aren't healthy... and they probably wont keep the weight off either... what you can do is simply go on a healthy diet...maybe eat smaller portions of what you are eating more frequently so your matabolism boosts... you can also run and do the regular weight loss activites a couple times a week. that would firm you and keep the weight off as well as a healthy diet....

You just have to remain committed when you are done.
July 11 of this year year, 21 consecutive years now not a drink of hard liquor. So it can be done.
