Why do people who do believe in abortion, believe that the death penalty isn't okay?
Answer: Most people are not rational. They believe what best fits what they want to be true, no matter the facts.

I don't support either activity as it involves taking a life.
But, for those who oppose abortion, it is a crime to take an innocent life. The baby (and we feel it's a baby once the egg is fertilized) has done nothing wrong, so no matter how the baby was created, it is wrong to destroy that life. While some say this means we don't care, about the mother, we do care. But at least if you do save the baby, you have a chance to care about both the baby and the mother.
For those who support the death penalty, it's just the opposite. The life taken was not innocent. It's a dilemma. Should we support continuing to house and pay for the person to be locked up, especially if this person is a danger to society and can no longer be allowed out in public due to the severity of the crime? For instance, what about the person who committed the Oklahoma City Bombings or a Serial Child Rapist, should they be kept alive?

i do no longer believe this is homicide. i might quite a fetus be aborted early interior the being pregnant than a female boost a baby that she does not choose, love or won't be in a position to offer for. Too many human beings have infants who particularly shouldn't. What do you think of welfare will pay for? additionally, if a female chum or relative of yours have been given pregnant as a results of a rape, might you be happy together with her having the youngster? The death penalty should not be used for docs who carry out abortions and for females who look for abortions. Roe v. Wade gave us the remarkable to have an abortion and the death penalty is for heinous crimes like intentional homicide.

Abortion is innocent blood. Death penalty should be life for life. A murderer is not innocent if proven guilty. The Bible states if a man sheds blood, by man shall his blood be shed.
In the law as we become any juror we must remember that it is better to let a guilty man go free, than to incarcerate the innocent. It is better to let a guilty murderer go free, than to send an innocent man to the death penalty.
Jurors are not instructed very well. Cold hearted people often incarcerate the innocent. In the USA, we are all innocent until proven guilty. Racism often enters the court room. Cold hearts enter the court room. Good people are tiring of being jurors because the laws continually promote and increase evil.

Abortion and the death penalty are two different things. For starter, abortion is killing a innocent baby that hasn't done nothing wrong at all. (Other than scare the mother, and father because it was conceived.) The death penalty is when someone breaks the law and knew prior to his actions that it was wrong to do so.
Killing is general is wrong. I don't like either one. It is not our job to decide who lives and who doesn't.

Abortion runs on the fact that the child never did anything to deserve such a fate to begin with and has sin or stain on its soul.
The Death Penalty is for those who have forfeited their own life by taking another without remorse. They have taken life and will take more if given the opportunity.

Assuming I am for the death penalty I would say it like this.
1. The infant has no choice in what is happening , in being created or being born.
2. The murderer had a choice to murder or not and he/she chose to take someones life (just like the one having and doing the abortion).

Because a child is innocent and a criminal isn't. We don't believe women are the sole owners of the fetus inside them. We believe that men should be treated as co-equals of the child inside and that sex should be viewed as a contract in this area. We also believe God owns the fetus above all and that a woman should not be able to decide about that life inside anymore than we decide about a stranger's life here in the outside world.
What women want is the right to kill. That would make them above men in the law. We want less hypocrisy in government. If a man can be found guilty of killing a woman and her unborn baby and convicted for double homicide than a woman and the doctor should be guilty of homicide when an abortion is performed.

I'm not against the death penalty. Someone rapes my four year old and I'll hit the button for the state. I have no problem having that on my head. I am actually FAR more for the death penalty then I am abortion.

All you have to do is think for a minute about what you asked.
The people who murder, did a willful act of carnage, just like the doctor and mother who commit the abortion. Doctors and mothers who have abortions, are no better than a murderrer. But, there are no sins greater than the other, and God can forgive all, before you die.

Have you ever heard about innocent victims and justice?
Thus the death penalty for murderers is not unjust. But why the death penalty for the innocent? Is that justice or murder?
