I think you are okay. You probably didn't wait long enough after eating to do that particular exercise. But if the pain persists, call for help. It never hurts to be sure.

I live on push ups, the pain in your chest is probably from tweaking your pectoralis muscle, the puking is this, when you eat your blood aides in digestion and when you exercise you pump blood to the muscles you are using, unfortunatly you can't do both so make sure you wait at least one hour after you eat before doing your push ups. peace

Sounds like you may have a hiatal hernia, a problem with the valve on your esophagus. You should not exercise or bend over too soon after eating. Also, see your doctor. He can determine if this is what you have. It is easily treatable.

Sounds like you did too much too soon, you also could be starting acid reflux or GERD so maybe try eating after your workout.

Well when you do excercise you should not eat food immediately.Eating an hour before excercise and an hour after excercise is always recommended.
