women get them from puberty & having kids...they're almost unavoidable. i'm just curious if men get them, and if they feel self concious about them?

Yes, men get stretch marks. My ex had them on his arms after a while from the lack of working out. I have stretch marks on my thighs. And my fiance has them on his lower back and he is REALLY skinny. They feel Self conscience about them, almost like woman. My boyfriend was always afraid to show me them, until i had the guts to show him mine. <- About the same as woman. (lol)

Yes.
Anytime the skin is stretched because of over development of underlying tissue these marks can develop. You will find them in men who have a quick weight gain or many who get into muscle building.

Anyone can get stretch marks if they gain weight or their skin looses elasticity form age.I really dont think they care as much as we do however that is changing and they are even keeping up with women when it comes to plastic surgery.

Yes, we get them. I lost 80 pounds about a year ago and noticed them on my sides and arms. Yes, I am very self conscious about them.

Anyone that loses or gains weight in a short period of time will get them.

yeh anyone can get them. if you loose or put on weight quickly you get them. thats what happened to me when i lost weight.
