I went on vacation and then made out with this guy we have been emailing because we live far away from each other.
The last time he wrote me 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to say its over but I can’t reach him what should I do?

It already is over so you don't really need to do much. Just e-mail him and say it's over if you want it to be. I hope you know already that long-distance relationships never work. Vacations are just fun times to get some action and then you're done. Don't harbor any more into this, just stop.

You don't have to say its over. Its technically over. Trying to find him or contact him just to say its all over is not a good move, it will only show that you are affected, you still have something for him. Your the girl, you should not be the one trying to reach a guy... I may sound rude but thats reality. Good luck.
