I believe it is not legal for anyone other than a Law Enforcement Officers to bring a firearm into a school. That being said there have been many cases in the USA where children have taken firearms to school. No matter the outcome of these children bringing firearms to school it is still illegal and one of the many problems with youth today.

No, there is no age limit for kids to be able to take guns to school. If a teacher knew a student had a gun and did not report it they would be liable for any damages the kid did with it. Some kids do take guns to school, usually the ones who have been harassed and who teachers did not stand up for, and they are the ones who make headlines. Some kids have taken them for show and tell or to show off to their friends. But NO it is not legal or allowed,. In fact, in most schools if a student is caught with any sort of "weapon" they are immediately suspended pending expulsion.

Its true that some have but it is illegal. As you remember columbine etc. It has been a problem for years hence why a lot of schools havwe metal detectors at the doors. They stop knives and guns. However, if the kid is determined it doesnt matter they will take guns into school. The misconception that it is allowed is false as for them playing with guns in school... wyou may have been reading the national enquirer or similar newspaper in you country.
Toy guns .. you know cowboys and indians sets .. ( yep i took mine to school when i was a kid some.... 35 years ago in England are banned now....

The average child doesn't take firearms to school. And there is always a written rule in a handbook forbidding any which is all in there rights because children are unable to secure a lisence to carry a gun making it illegal for them to. By the way why do you want to know?

You have to be kidding me, right? Children are NOT allowed to take guns to school in the US and neither are teachers! Children and possibly teachers have done this, but it is not something that is allowed!

Children in the US do not normally take guns to school. To do so means expulsion! What papers have you been reading?

Yes ... it's true and there's no age limit. They can take one as soon as they're strong enough to carry one. The teachers are cool though 'cause they wear body armor and carry poison gas canisters. In the end, it all balances out and life is good!
