has it stopped completely? are there any other symptoms? (ie- dizzyness, loss of motor skills, slurred speech etc).
if it's stopped and there isn't any other odd things going on she should be fine. get her something to drink and relax. above all, do not give her aspirin for that headache.

If she seriously lost that much blood she should see her doctor. Nose bleeds can be caused by a variety of different things. Colds and flu can often increase the incidence of nosebleeds and in the colder months the fluctuations in hot and cold temperatures — particularly from being outside and then going inside heated buildings — can trigger nosebleeds in many people.
Known causes of nosebleeds
Infection in the nasal membranes.
Respiratory infections.
Trauma.
Allergies and hay fever.
High blood pressure.
Constipation causing straining.
Medications such as the 'blood thinners' (e.g. warfarin).
Excessive alcohol intake.
Some types of tumours.
Inherited bleeding disorders
Preventing nosebleeds
If you have had a nosebleed you should try to minimise the likelihood of it happening again. Here are some guidelines that may be of help.
Try not to blow your nose. If you need to sneeze, open your mouth so that the air escapes from the mouth and not the nose.
Constipation can be a cause of nosebleeds, so you may need a stool softener to prevent straining.
Avoid straining or bending to lift anything heavy.
Avoid smoking.
Avoid hot liquids for at least 24 hours after a nosebleed.
Avoid aspirin if possible. If your doctor has prescribed aspirin for a specific condition, ask what can be done for the nosebleeds.
A lubricating ointment may be of benefit. Check with your pharmacist for the best one for you.
Some people may benefit from the use of a nasal decongestant spray, but these should be used only for a short period (1–2 days).

The back of her throat is probably hurting because of the blood that went down it.
I am concerned about her head hurting. If it doesn't stop soon, then yes she should get it checked. It might be nothing, but it might be that your friend is starting to have trouble with her blood pressure too.

Nose bleeding can be due to dry nose ( I got it when temperature was high in summer). or due to blood pressure. Ask her to go to a doctor immediately. Keeping ice on the nose could help.Keep the head up otherwise the blood can go in and choke.

Yes she needs to get some medical attention on this one.
The odd nose bleed here and there is not anything to worry about but what you are describing is not mild is it?
