I've had it for a few days now. it started out the size of a pinhead and now it's the size of this: O
I've tried everything I've known to work--putting some anesthetic gel stuff on it, swish and spit with warm salt water... I even took the (misguided?) advice of my friend and put straight up salt on it. it hurt like all hell but it seemed to help, only I woke up this morning and it was still there. any suggestions as to how I can kill this little bastard? thanks a lot

go to a walgreens near you.I dont know the name of the stuff but it runs about 20 bucks and will remove the sore in less than 24 hours.Ask the pharmacist.He will know what you are talking about.in the future you could stop kissing on nasty people and avoid any further occurences.

Dab peroxide on it. Or you can buy Gly-Oxide and swish in your mouth but it's mostly peroxide.
