I like a girl at work very much, but she is seeing someone else. I'm okay with this, but I just don't want to be her friend. She continues to try to talk to me when she sees me at work I have been trying to ignore her, and I thought she got the hint the other day, but then she called me yesterday to go out for drinks with a few friends from work. I have tried to be rude and avoid her but she continues to try to be my friend. It's impossible for me to only want a friendship therefore I just avoid her. What do I do? Oh and I pretty sure she knows I like her

Oh yeah after being rude and distant for a while I thought she finally got the message but then again yesterday she approached me and was being very nice asking me how I have been and how she missed me the other night when her and a bunch of coworkers went to the bar. Why doesn't she get the fact that I am trying to avoid her because it is too difficult to be around her?

of course she knows you like her.... hello! thats why shes so nice to you. shes trying to get you to make the first move but you got your head in the sand. obviously her man she has now isn't what she really wants. come on if she didnt like you back she wouldnt try so hard to get your attention, she wouldnt even bother with you at all excpet for a ocassional hi and bye. man i think you need to just ask her out for drinks just the two of you not the coworkers too and see where your conversation leads the two of you

it's obvious she wants to spend time with you. Maybe she's ready to move on......to you. Get yourself in the game, before someone else does. Especially since you both are interested in each other. You will feel awful if you see her end up with someone else ! Lots of women, think men should make that first initial move to get something started.

ok i dont see the point of being mean to her. if she knows u like her and she gots a man, and she still tryin to talk 2 u, maybe shes unhappy with her man and maybe lookin for someone else. im telling u if u want her, being mean wont get her.

Tell her how much you like her. You're SURE she knows you like her but you don't know she knows. So what harm can be done by you telling her?!
Once she knows then she'll realise you can't be around her.
