you will be an extreme pain from the tummy tuck. The breast implants will not be as painful unless you are having them done under the muscle, if so it will be painful too. You're going to have severe pain for at least four weeks. You're going to have to wait on sexual activity until the tummy tuck is completely healed. You will have to ask your medical doctor about this.
