It would be helpful if Internet Explorer could be English, too, but while it was possible to download IE in English when it was a separate program under Windows 98 and maybe under NT, it seems that it is now integrated into Vista. I downloaded it, but it says I have a newer version that the newest downloadable one.
For Vista, I can't find an English language pack, if there is such a thing. It seems odd that an English computer can be made to have Japanese menus by using a Language Pack, but the reverse doesn't seem an easy thing, if it's possible. It seems there are no English Language Packs.

Under regional and Language, all I see is options to change the time zone, the way the date is displayed, the keyboard, etc. My Japanese is not that great, but I don't see further options there for changing the interface.
