These are the command forms.
Quaerere scientiam = To seek knowledge
ADDED:
If you mean 'to seek knowledge' in the sense of seeking education, learning, or instruction, you could use a form of the word 'eruditio' in place of 'scientia'. Just substiture 'eruditionem' for 'scientiam' in the phrases above.

* To me it looks best with the verb (quaerere) last.
* use quaerere, don't use peto/petere. It can also mean to ask or to demand.
