These are things that me and fellow Christian brothers need to know because we don't want to cause our sister to lust.
Women, please share your thoughts, it would help much

(GOOD QUESTION)
It seems that your answer is way out of context and you are assuming too much, if you think that i a degrading men then you are sadly mistaken and it seems like you just want to cause corruption, my intent in this question is to see if SOME women do feel that somethings that a Christian man wears or DOES is inappropriate, I am a male and instead of women always getting bashed for their dress i wan opinions on men for a good cause, Please don't jump to conclusions so quick. You really suprised me with your response.

As a born again Christian I have overcome the lust, but before I was saved, I use to love looking at those rough and rugged cowboys in their wranglers and lace up ropers, with kind of collar length hair under that cowboy hat and a rough wind burned face and then when they turned around and you see that nice, perfect wrangler, well, you get the picture. Living in Montana, we see it this alot. Anyway, I married a man with this description and I got saved last year.
EDIT: If GOOD QUESTION were a born again Bible believing Christian, he would feel convicted if he were dressed to make a woman sin. I wear ankle length dresses and skirts most of the time and I especially wear them when in prayer or Bible study and I also wear a head covering veil, kind of like the Mennonites do for this occasion and even sometimes when I go to town. A person who is of the world cannot even begin to understand what you are asking about and to them it is a ridiculous question. Now to real true Christians, it is a real serious question and they understand what you are getting at like I do.

No, we don't think like men do ~or shall I note how you tell us men think~ and men should make an effort to realize that clothing doesn't equal a willing party to lust and cease preaching it. Gender isn't the issue so then clothing wouldn't even come close to being the issue.
Honestly, I'm trying to help you out here because you are making a gender insult to males by making males appear they have no brains or self-control. Therefore, you are insulting your own gender and advising women to think this way at the same time. Do you assume more people will go to church if they commit lust as a result of clothing and is this why your promoting the suggestion?
Women: do you feel respectful towards men or women when they communicate like this? In short this person is making a statement that says - you wear it we'll bare it and suggests we think and do the same. To me it sounds like an excuse and is eluding the real issue of personal responsibility.
Do U honestly think that if a woman is covered from head to toe she lives in peace...no, that is a woman living in fear. Shall a woman walk around in fear of rape 4 men? I do not think so and I'd bet most would agree that we *all* have a right to feel comfortable and do not exist to B an object. Do you honestly think that if a woman puts on make-up, clothing or shoes she's thinking of sex while doing so? Therefore, what makes a man anyways. If I told a man that he looks nice or his tie was styling would he automatically think she wants sex...that is horrible and without ability to process a compliment properly. That is also an insult to women and men. Should women wear drapes/bags or dress like men to make men grow up spiritually? No, we are all responsible for our own behavior and I hardly think that when two commit to lust it is due to clothing. Women who were fully covered have been known to be raped against their will by men so proof clothing isn't the issue. Older women have been known to lure young men using their money. Please take all these facts into consideration before you consider moving on with your cause. I know you mean well but sometimes we have to learn not to live in the past where too much anti-responsibility stays alive and results in present spiritual immaturity ; )

It would not be the fault of the man if a woman should lust after him because of something he did or wore, just as it would not be a woman's fault if a man lusted after her just from something she did or wore. Lust is something that needs to be controlled individually. We are each responsible for our own emotions and how we act upon them.

I don't think that this is something for you to control. We all have our own minds and bodies and are able to control them. It's not you that should change what you are doing, it is the women that might be lusting.
