What is the verse that speaks of a man that had sinned aginst GOD and was cursed to live and not be able to die.

I don't recall that anywhere. I KNOW it is not in the New Testament.

being I believe the Bible has become as a Tex book
changed so many times as the Centuries continues
to go on this Globe it is no Longer the Issue of religion
nor a Purpose as humanity uses it as an Excuse to
live their own Hypocrisies
I say the latter because ..the confusion is too crowded
the Line People waste their One Life Arguing About
and the Realization of The results ...WAR

Chosen to Throw it [ cause the Goal die...
refuses too Play ,,upon such Hypocrisy
nothing to Lose for..And Absolutely Nothing to Win,,,
and Anyway ..The Arena [Field] is Full of All These
Gods ..arguing They whom [not yet Paid the Price,,,
ONLY the AUDIENCE... So That's the Sin of it ALL
No Game..So ..no reason to be DISAPPOINTED
You CIRCULATE that ...no loss as ANOTHER DAY

and so happens ...that globe does not Stop and we

No. I do not know of such a thing. There was a "Watcher" in one of the Enoch writings who was cursed not to see the sun or the day, if I remember right. Stones cut and polished were heaped upon him because he taught humans sorcery.
And then there are those in Revelation that seek death :
Revelation 9:6
And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
But that is the extent of what comes to mind right now.

That is from a fairytale -- it was on TV some years ago. Quite cute. I believe the series is called The Story Teller.

The only thing that matches your description (not entirely) is the case of Cain when he killed his brother and a sign was given to him (on his body) (?) so that others whould not kill him. Try reading the book of Genesis.

are you thinking of Cain in the book of Genesis? God put a mark on him so people would not murder him. Being murdered was a fear of Cain's.
