A little note added, A soul is not somthing that turns into another thing, so a soul cannot turn into a baby, when the body (flesh) is growing, that flesh is given a soul, When someone dies, the body withers away but the soul lives, we will recieve NEW bodies when we are resurrected on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ

You have just indicted your entire belief system by posing one of its obvious flaws. If a soul is something you recieve at a certain age or stage of development than presumably that would be the cutoff point for abortion. but if we cannot prove when that point is, then we cannot prove that the soul exists at all. Or; from whom it was recieved. What is it that the baby is receiving before it is received? How can a soul exist without a host? does it have a soul at the moment the two egg and sperm meet? if so then does every spermazoa have half a soul? does the egg contain half a soul? then is it murder every time a woman menstruates or a man ejaculates? Or when the cell divides
is it a living sentient being? We're talking about two cells. If that is the case does every cell in your body have a soul, or every two cells or only when one divides into two. So you see the concept is flawed and by trying to dig just slightly below the surface of your belief system you have uncovered a plethora of paradoxical, nonsensical questions. Questions who's answers reveal the fragile transparent nature of one of the basic concepts in creationism. I suggest you continue to blindly believe your fairytale and never question it because when you do you will invariably open a can of worms you are not prepared to consume.

Life begins when cells divide. Life begins at conception. Death occurs when cells stop dividing. A living being has a soul. An unborn baby is a living being, thus has a soul at conception. Animals and humans have souls. The soul dies when the animal or human dies. Humans have spirits that return to God to be judged. Resurrected humans receive a glorified, spiritual body. Hell is eternal separation from God or eternal spiritual death.

I don't think anyone knows. But abortion is wrong no matter what because the life was meant to recieve a soul in a matter of time or already had it. The whens do not matter there.

The existence of a soul has never been physically proven. So a new born receives a soul when people say so, and no one can prove them wrong.

It has no soul but develops an individual identity as it lives learns grows and experiences life. At birth it is relatively blank and has only instinctual needs like breathing, sleeping, sustenance and bodily evacuation and so on.

There's no such thing as a "soul".
The best answer to this question is "Whenever is convenient for the person using the 'soul' concept to save his or her bad argument". If you want abortion to be wrong from the third month onward, you'll say "the third month". If you want it to be wrong from conception, you'll say "at conception". If you want masturbation to be bad, sperms have souls. If you want killing animals to be okay, you'll say they don't have souls. If you want stem cell research to be wrong, you'll say they do have souls.
That's all that "soul" is - a word to be used to shore up bad arguments. If you can't make your case, throw a 'soul' in there.

A baby doesn't...He/she IS a soul.
Animals and every living thing IS a soul.
(Genesis 1:20-21) And God went on to say: “Let the waters swarm forth a swarm of living souls and let flying creatures fly over the earth upon the face of the expanse of the heavens.” 21 And God proceeded to create the great sea monsters and every living soul that moves about, which the waters swarmed forth according to their kinds, and every winged flying creature according to its kind. And God got to see that [it was] good.
(Genesis 1:24-25) And God went on to say: “Let the earth put forth living souls according to their kinds, domestic animal and moving animal and wild beast of the earth according to its kind.” And it came to be so. 25 And God proceeded to make the wild beast of the earth according to its kind and the domestic animal according to its kind and every moving animal of the ground according to its kind. And God got to see that [it was] good.
(Genesis 2:7) And Jehovah God proceeded to form the man out of dust from the ground and to blow into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man came to be a living soul.
CAME TO BE A LIVING SOUL...
The word 'soul' is translated from the Hebrew NEPHESH meaning...that which breathes.
And because as souls we live, we can die.
(Ezekiel 18:4) Look! All the souls—to me they belong. As the soul of the father so likewise the soul of the son—to me they belong. The soul that is sinning—it itself will die.
(Revelation 16:3) And the second one poured out his bowl into the sea. And it became blood as of a dead man, and every living soul died, [yes,] the things in the sea.
(Leviticus 24:17-18) “‘And in case a man strikes any soul of mankind fatally, he should be put to death without fail. 18 And the fatal striker of the soul of a domestic animal should make compensation for it, soul for soul.
so our 'soul' is US. living, breathing.

A baby is a soul.
Mans body was made from the dust of the ground and God breathed his spirit into it.
Take away the spirit and soul dies/sleeps.
Dust + spirit = soul.
