Sure. You can up the "hearty-ness" of it with extra vegetables and maybe a little meat - like chicken. I do it all the time - especially with packaged soups.

That depends on your definition of meal. Asian countries calories per meal don't come close to western countries. And while we in the US could use to lose many calories from our daily intake, so could some Asian countries use to increase theirs, as well as the vitamins minerals and proteins. I think yes, it COULD be a meal, but I doubt it ever WILL be.

Yes it can. As long as it comproses carbs (noodles), proteins (meat, chicken, fish), fats (stock), fibre (vegetables) - it is a balanced meal and can be very healthy if prepared the correct way.

yeap its enough....i eat soup daily i think and im not hungry...and noodle soup has like 400 calories a serving.
