Christians ,....being the hypocritical people they are, have decided to pick and choose which parts of the black book of hate they choose to follow and ignore the rest! You may find the website i have listed as a source quite interesting!

My rant for the day!!!!

“Obey Thy Ten Commandments, Or Else”:

There are many Christians and Jews who demand that the Ten Commandments should be displayed in public institutions. In my opinion it is only fair that if the commandments are to be displayed, so should the penalties for breaking those commandments. Matter of fact they should be posted in its entirety so that society can see just what kind of crap these religions are feeding us. I also encourage those of you Judeo/Christians who visit here to print out this very list and post it where your children can see it. It’s time you explain to them what a murderous, unjust god you brainwash them into worshiping.

1st. Commandment, Exodus 20:3 “Thou shalt have no other gods before me”. Old Testament punishment - Deuteronomy 17:1-5 “And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heavens, which I have not commanded. Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing and shalt stone them with stones, till they die”. Deuteronomy 13:6-10, “If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is of thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers; Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him: But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people. Thou shalt stone him with stones, that he die; because he hath sought to thrust thee away from the Lord thy God." Exodus 22:20 “He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed”. New Testament punishment - Mark 16:16 “He that believeth not, shall be damned”.

2nd. Commandment, Exodus 20:4 “Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is on the earth beneath, or that is in the water below.” Old Testament punishment- Deuteronomy 27: 1 5 “Cursed be the man that maketh any graven or molten image.” That’s right kids don’t EVER draw, sculpt or paint or else god will curse you. Wanna be an artist, a photographer, take a picture of yourself or family? TOO BAD, God says no! You better drop out of art class before he smites you with boils.

3rd. Commandment, Exodus 20:7 “Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord in vain”. Old Testament punishment - Leviticus 24:16 “And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death”, New Testament punishment - Matthew 12:32 “Whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come”. Mark 3:29 - “He that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgivness, but is in danger of eternal damnation”.

4th. Commandment, Exodus 20:8 “Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy”. Old Testament punishment - Exodus 31:15 “Whosoever shall work in the Sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death”. Numbers 15:32. “And while the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man that gathered sticks upon the Sabbath day…And all the congregation brought him without the camp, and stoned him with stones, and he died; as the Lord commanded Moses.”

5th. Commandment, Exodus 20:12 “Honour thy father and thy mother”. Old Testament punishment - Exodus 21:15-17 “And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death”. More punishment - Exodus 21:17 “And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death”.

6th. Commandment, Exodus 20:13 “Thou shalt not kill”. Strangely enough this is a commandment despite all the punishments that require death in the New Testament and the Old Testament. How can thou not kill when thou is commanded to kill at the same time? This hypocrisy should be pointed out if the ten commandments are posted in schools, court rooms and buildings of legislation. The confusion of this commandment would surely bring capitol punishment into question.

7th. Commandment, Exodus 20:14 “Thou shalt not commit adultery”. Old Testament punishment - Leviticus 20:10 “And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall be put to death”.

I am working on compiling the list of punishments for commandments 8, 9, and 10. They should be up by then. In the mean while I have several other random commands by god that are quite interesting which I have listed here. The following command is very relevant for it requires a mandatory belief in the biblical god. Following the Ten Commandments, which are also listed in Deuteronomy 5:7-21, there are a number of curses which shall come upon thee, and overtake thee. These curses are given in Deuteronomy 28:17-68. Space does not permit all of them to be quoted, but a few are that the Lord will smite thee with consumption, fever, hemorrhoids, scab, madness, blindness, boils, and many more even worse.

For those of you Christians who disregard the Old Testament (even though Christ said it was forever binding), I have gathered together a great law from the New Testament. Romans 1 :29-32 “Those filled with unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, backbiters, hate for god, despite, proud, boasters, inventions of evil things, disobedience to parents, without understanding, covenant breakers, unnatural affection, implacable or unmerciful nature: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death”.

Now I have had the displeasure of meeting many a Christian and I have one to meet as of yet, whom according to this list, are NOT worthy of death. How many of us feel envy, wish to fornicate, boast or gossip? How many Christians are guilty of debating? Why every day some Christian is debating the word of god or his dogmas with me. Every day I am the victim of deceit and despite at the hands of some Christian verbally harassing me for my beliefs. No wonder why god said that there shall only be 144,000 in the heaven out of all his followers.

In Conclusion:

Christians and Jews should post the commandments up in their parochial schools and in their churches/temples. But, if they insist on doing so they should print out this very page and hang it up for all to see. Don’t be a half-*** religionist; educate your children on what God truly commands. Stop thriving on telling half truths about your Bible/Pentateuch and publish the WHOLE story. Most importantly, do not think you have the right to post them in public institutions. It is MY job to educate MY child. Children need to learn the true meaning of love, compassion, morality, forgiveness and mercy. Not the filthy dogmas your Jehovah commands. Quite frankly, in comparison to hell-fire and damnation I’ll stick with Big Bird.

To one and all. Sunday is not the Sabbath of the Bible. Sunday is not the Christian Sabbath. There is absolutely no Biblical justification for Sunday being a day of worship. Sunday was taken from paganism. Sunday worship was introduced by the apostate church (Catholic) of Rome under the rulership of the Roman Emperor Constantine. Constantine was a worshiper of Mithra the Sun God and never repented of it. All who worship on Sunday are worshiping this false god.

To the folks that are quoting Hebrews 4, read it more carefully, it mentions the 7th day, not the first day. Please look at your calender and see which is which.

Almost all "christian" churches agree that the 10 Commandments are valid........except for the 4th. Few realize that the 4th Commandment is a reflection back to Creation when the very first thing God made holy was the SABBATH. Read Genesis. Read Matthew 15:19, what is Christ talking about? Matthew 15:19 is in there for our benefit.

What is the sign of the True Church, the Elect, at the end of the age?

Revelations 14:12 Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Lets keep it simple, forget for a moment that there are aproximately 613 Commandments in the Torah and that Yashua says that the least of them has not passed away {Read Matthew 5:17-19 and really think about what is being said}, there still remains the 10. Lets suppose (falliciously) that all there are are the 10. Are Christians required to keep them? Please study the following verses. Will you take the plain word of the Apostles of the Christ and the Christ Himself over the false teachings of your chruches?

Rev 22:14, Rev 12:17, 1 John 5:2-3, 1Jo 2:3-4, 1 John 3:4, 1 Corinthians 7:19, John 15:10, Mark 7:7, Matthew 5:19.

The 4th Commandment states:

Exodus 20:8 Keep in memory the Sabbath and let it be a holy day.9 On six days do all your work: 10 But the SEVENTH day is a Sabbath to the Lord your God; on that day you are to do no work, you or your son or your daughter, your man-servant or your woman-servant, your cattle or the man from a strange country who is living among you: 11 For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and the sea, and everything in them, and he took his rest on the seventh day: for this reason the Lord has given his blessing to the seventh day and made it holy.

What God has made Holy, no man has the right to change. It was Holy before Sinai, it was made for man when man was made {Mark 2:27, and others)

You really owe it to yourselves to study the following links before rejecting the True Sabbath any longer.

Tradition. In the early church the Sabbath was kept. But the christian believers met whenever they could, wherever they could. Eventually Sunday became a day for christians to meet in celebration of the resurrection, or at least of the discovery of the resurection. After the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 AD, the Jews had to go underground to escape persecution. Christians who kept the Saturday Sabbath were often identified as Jews, and so they eventually withdrew from anything that might make them appear Jewish. Since they were already meeting together (in celebration) on Sunday, it seemed only natural that this could be their regular time to worship together, since open Sabbath-keeping was so dangerous. Eventually the concept of Sabbath was transferred to the first day of the week, and when Constantine converted to christianity, he made Sunday the official christian Sabbath.

What is the Sabbath? A day of rest? A day of honor?

What happened is that the religious leaders before Christ came started making it a god instead of what it was intended. A day that you worshipped God.

Sunday is generally seen as giving the "first fruits" of the week to God. It's origin, I do not know.

Jesus pointed out that there was too much importance put on the Sabbath. He said, "If an ox falls in a ditch, do you wait until after the end of Sabbath in order to get the ox out of the ditch?" In summation, He was putting forth that you don't simply go out and work on the Sabbath, but if the need arises. You do what needs to be done.

He then goes on to say, "Day was made for man, not man for the day"

I think the real underlying message is that you should find time everyday to worship God.

You are right about Sunday. Jesus rose on Saturday night like the bible states; Jesus says that I will spend 3 days and 3 nights in the earth like Johna. If you believe in Jesus you are not under the 10 commandments! Jesus full filled the 10 commandments (or the law) at the cross ( Colossians 2:14)
If you do not believe then you are still under the ten commandments. Good Friday and Easter has nothing to do with Jesus or the church. It is a commercial holiday, just like December 25Th. The original sabbath is on the day of rest. Back then evening was the beginning of the day and morning was the end of the day (Genesis 1:5). Jews light candles in the evening on Friday.

Many Christians DO shop the Sabbath. besides the shown fact that, in case you thumbed on your Bible earlier to Exodus 31:14-18, you may locate an exceedingly exciting passage. God (Yhwy) is chatting with Moses, and he's giving Moses training for the youngsters of Israel, those tribes that could finally end up customary as "The Jews." God says very extremely to Moses, "I provide you a clean commandment for my infants ISRAEL." And God explains Sabbath. Sabbath develop into very extremely given To the youngsters Of Israel. this is, Sabbath develop into given to the Jews. comparable with the ten Commandments. they're the precis of the regulations God gave-- to the Jews. specific Christians be conscious Sabbath, as specific Christians be conscious the ten Commandments. yet there is not any New testomony counterpart to the ten Commandments. Any style of circumstances, Jesus or Peter or Paul had the prospect to declare, "And shop the ten Commandments!" or "And be optimistic to proceed to video show Sabbath." IT develop into in no way stated.

The sabbath day of RESTfrom all one's labors was a sign or pointer to something greater--you had to go back to work on the first day of the week. The hope was that one day God would grant His people rest from all burdensome labor which was the curse for sinning; the most burdensome labor was the continued sacrificing for sins-one sacrifice covered one sin, once a year one sacrifice covered the sins of the nation for another year. Over and over again the cycle goes. Wouldn't it be great if there was one sacrifice once and for all? So Christ was that sacrifice. The Father demonstrated that He accepted the sacrifice in the resurrection. The first disciples immediately began gathering on the first day of the week to worship and celebrate the sabbatical rest Jesus secured with His death and resurrection. There is no more sabbath as a day of rest, every day there is rest from the burden of sin for those in Christ.

God created a day for the man He created to rest. The intention is to rest. And He commands to Keep it Holy.

I was not so much aware of the truth in the commandment, but His Holy Spirit in me is teaching me to do so. But still I do not consider that specific day, because we do not have holiday. Anyway God knows that we need rest and so all men are given atleast one day to rest in a week.

Please read how God changed my life here,
http://www.protectinghands.com/ladder_to_heaven.htm

And read here what Jesus tells about Sabbath,
7 If you had known what these words mean, 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the innocent. 8 For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath." Mathew 12.. and whole chapter

There has always been one thingthat puzzles me about the "New Covenant" concept, if the new Covenant resolves all previous laws of the Old Testament, then what I couldnt understand is why are so many churches so dynamic in urging its parishioners to pay tithes? ( making it sound almost compulsory ) I remember, my sister who's a member of either a Baptist Church or a Charismatic Church when she first started working, pay was pittance after taxes and stuff, and being new in the work force made it very tough for her, but yet pressure with guilt trips were placed so heavilly on her that she was constantly in fear of Divine Retribution for not being able to pay tithes.

The practices of Tithes were only clearly mentioned in the old testament within the Book of Malachi ( Old testament ), I thought the new testament was about Giving from the heart and not from being emotionally blackmailed into payment?

The Muslims have a similar practice called Zakat, but the money collected is not used to just support the mosque, but as i know it, the collection is redistributed to the communitie's poor, sick and needy. Since much of both religions stem from the same source as far as old testament texts are concerned.

If Christians kept the Law Covenant there could be no ransom for them! They would be damned.

Christians are under a new law, the Law of Faith.

Galatians 4:9-11 9But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known by God: how turn you again to the weak and needy elements, which you desire to serve again? 10You observe days, and months, and times, and years. 11I am afraid of you, lest perhaps I have laboured in vain among you. (DRC)

Colossians 2:16-17 Let no man therefore judge you in meat or in drink, or in respect of a festival day, or of the new moon, or of the sabbaths, 17Which are a shadow of things to come, but the body is of Christ.

Saturday is not actually a sabath day which is the 7th day of the week for resting from work. This commandment was address to the Israel people to take a rest after working within 6 days to make your body relax and have a rest for one day then you can have enough strength to work again the next day.

At the time of Jesus Christ, sabath day was no longer practiced and is not obligated by Jesus. Any day can be a day of resting from hard work.
