Get that baby warmed up -- use a blow dryer if you have too, just be sure not to hold it in one spot or get it too close. Then, even if you have to put a bit on your finger, try and get some white corn syrup into it. If you have a heating pad, put it on there, just not directly. Several layers of towel and pad set on low to medium should be warm enough. But you definitely need to get it warmed up before anything. I'm assuming you know what its' temp should be since you've done this before - warming from the outside isn't as efficient as from the inside, but right now, it sounds like you need both. Good luck - God bless. I've raised more bottle fed kittens than I can even remember....

Fisrt of all, don't panic. It has happened to one of my kittens before, and he also got blood and mucus in his stools, and I thought he would die but he got well after he stayed 2 days in the vet's clinic. Turns out he only had a gastro-intestinal disorder and worms. However he could have panleucopenia which is serious. So what you need to do is take it to a vet for tests and treatment. There is not much you can do at home, because you don't know what's wrong. I could tell you to de-worm it and give a lot of fluids, or give a medication for diarrhea, but this could be all wrong if the kitten has something else. So please go to the vet, his life may depend upon it but he is not doomed.

YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR KETTEN TO SEE A VET. YOU DON'T WANT TO RISK HIS LIFE BY DOING NOTHING. MAYBE ITS JUST A LITTLE BUG. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY.
