I f you can find Royal Canin "Baby cat" food or Waltham "Weaning" (veterninry diet), this can't be bad for your kitty. Usually their tummy gets big because they need de-worming. Have you de-wormed him with the right product for his age (Banminth)? If not, start de-worming and don't worry, his tummy will get better eventually. I think he should eat, if he is 2 months old.
As for cancer, I doubt such a small kitten has cancer or anything like that. Kittens' tummies get huge sometimes, because of worms and gas. I think you should let him eat some boiled chicken too.

It should get better, but maybe you are not giving him enough meals a day,
Try giving him 4-5 meals a day but in very small amounts, as a kittens tummy is very small, if you only give hime 2-3 meals a day and they are quite big then that could be why is tummy is big.
Hope the advice has helped :)

I think that's not a good sign. My friend had a cat before. One day her tummy got really big so she took the cat to the vet. that she always goes to. The vet. said ''Don't give her food. Just milk or water.'' So she did. But after 1 week her tummy got bigger. She took her cat to a professional vet. They said that she had cancer. Then the cancer made her blind, after 1 week she died.

Don't lose time and go to a vet. but to a professional vet.

Good-luck =)

He will probably adjust. Just a little advice to make people understand your question better, tummy is the correct way to spell it. Good luck, listen to the vet!
