All tackle shops I know open at 5 a.m. Sunday morning. That's for the crowd that want to get a jump on striped bass fishing. During the weekday, tackle shops also usually open at 5 p.m. Yet Saturday and Sunday are their money days when the weekend warriors come in ready to battle the watery beasts.
