i do exercise for about 10 minutes per day coz i have school. im busy in school works. i exercise before i eat dinner.. is it okay?

You are supposed to do 1/2 hour of excise per day to be healthy.

Half an hour is the recommended minimum amount since you are probably not raising your heart rate high enough for long enough in those ten minutes to do as much good, but you are already doing more than most people, which is sad. You might try doing longer amounts less often as this will be better.

I can't see how school can take up all of your time. if you only have 10 minutes a day to set aside for "your" health you may want to take a time management class. try going to school and having a full time job, many people do that and hit the gym regularly. there are no "good" excuses not to exercise. for optimum health and fitness you need to exercise 60 minutes daily. the human body is not designed to be sedentary, and will respond accordingly.

The standard is 20 minutes three times a week.

Yes you may want to even do it 30-40 minutes on the weekend when your less busy.

i tell u to do maybe 20 min or 30 if u have time ,if u dont just use 15 to 20 mins doing exercise,good luck.stay healthy and evn i dont see u ,i know your beautiful!

ten minutes is better than nothing...
but you know, exercising for ten minutes isn't getting your heart rate up long enough to be beneficial (i take ten mintues to stretch before i work out)

you should try for at least thirty minutes day.

yea , or you can do ten minutes of exercise two times a day(equals 20 min), thats better.
