Just was wondering, dose any one know what motionless excersise, consist of, and how do you do it?

you need to stop watching infomercials late at night. they are the last place where you will find accurate information or methods for weight reduction. motionless exercise is basically isometrics. with out exercising the muscles through the entire range of motion you aren't going to accomplish much if anything.

Isometric exercises....

For example, Abdominal bridge.. lie in the push up position except on your elbows.... and hold yourself up just resting on your toes and elbows.. with a straight back for three minutes. See how you like that... it will really work those ABS. ... and for the laterals... do the same as above but facing one side and resting on one elbow raising one arm and one leg into the air.. hold that for 30 seconds if you can... then go back into the ABS bridge and rotate to the other side .. holding that for 30 seconds. You are going to hate those... but they work.

As the writer above says.. use those to complement full range of motion exercises.
