If this is serious then I suggest reporting it to the police. Even if they can't do much but make her leave for the night at least there will be records. Do it enough then they'll actually arrest her and you can take the matters further. Its just that sometimes it takes more than once to get the cops to take action. And for those of you who are really that special, you can rape your spouse whether being husband or wife. Being married does not give you the right to take sex when your spouse doesn't want to. Anytime you try to have sex against your spouse's will that is rape. My best friend got raped by her husband. She didn't want to and he did so he pinned her down and forced her. That is rape. If a woman wants to have sex w/a man and he doesn't want to but she continues and even physically/emotionally harms him that's rape. Its not that hard. And not all men are able to stand up to (emotionally or physically) abusive women.

I don't know what state you live in, but in Missouri, rape is defined as having sexual intercourse with another person without their consent. Missouri law defines sexual intercourse as any penetration, however slight, of the female sex organ by the male sex organ, whether or not an emission results. So, the point of all this is, under Missouri law, men cannot be raped. So, just start enjoying it. Or leave her. Your choice. Oh, and in response to an earlier answerer who said that marriage implied consent-you're wrong. The courts have ruled that spouses are still entitled to refuse sex.

If you like it, enjoy it. If you don't like, get out of there as soon as possible. Stay with a friend or go to oganization like the Dept of Human Resources or Family Indepence Agency or your local police. Someone will point you in the right direction. There are shelters like Woman in Distress which I believe also take in men if either is being abused. Bottom line, get out of that situation, file a police report, and file for divorce.

In most states, a woman can not legally rape a man, the same goes for man on man. This is a pretty stupid question but I'll play along. You can press charges for sexual battery. If you were overcome by fear or were unconscious, you can try for aggravated sexual battery. However, in some states the actor can not be the spouse of the victim.

lets see, is this a reoccurring problem? if so, maybe you should start with a counseling session for the two of you. Maybe she doesn't realize you really do mean "NO". If she realizes it and doesn't care, you probably should get a restraining order and file for divorce. I am curious as to how, this can be happening? Are you awake, or asleep when it starts? anyhow, No, means no! good luck

Holy crap! I can't believe that any man in his right mind would ask that question! I say quit complaining and enjoy it before she goes and rapes some other poor soul! You have to lock her up in the house and keep her off the streets before someone gets hurt! Then you should secretly video tape it to use as evidence when the police come. Make sure to video tape the police too for your protection and theirs!

If you are serious, no means no! tell her that. yes it is still considered to be rape even in a marriage. If spouse says no-- back off! If they say no too much, look for a new one.

I can't believe my eyes for reading this...Either you have decided to change sexual preferences and don not like the advances of your wife because it's unappealing or you are one sensitive sensitive man. Is your wife a man?
