I haven't the slightest idea. I have osteo-arthritis in the severe degenerative stages. I have had surgery on my spine and neck, knees, twelve times in five years, I have two to go. For now.
My doctor informed me there in nothing more they can do, for the time being except drug control for the pain, which is always there.
I worked for 47 years, hard, sometimes three jobs, I was in the Army ten years, 'Nam, two tours and now, I have to suffer.

I did my share, for my Country, my family, myself. I'm tired, hurt and sick. I'm seventy years old, I still have a wood-working shop I enjoy but, life, it sucks.

I go to mass every Sunday, sometimes Saturdays. I am so tired of, pain.
Why, I can't answer your question, good luck to you.

You weren't very specific in your question. What kind of pain are you referring to? I assume it's physical pain you speak of since you posed your question on Pain and Pain Management.

I deal with chronic pain every day and know just how debilitating pain can be. My own personal answer is a combination of rest, exercise, and narcotic pain medication. That last one took a long time of trust between my doctor and I, but that trust did come over time. I now see him weekly for a 70mg. a day prescription of Percocet/Oxycodone. Without it, I couldn't function throughout my day. But I also take responsibility for my recovery by working out three times a week and staying strong. I hope this helps answer your question. Best of luck.
