You don't need to lose weight. To do so may be unhealthy for you.
Since you are bound to try, I will tell you a healthy and very effective and fast way to do it. Juice fasting, but only with juices that you extract at home with your own juicer. Canned, jarred, and bottled juices are 'dead', and won't give you much in the way of bio available nutrients, regardless of what the label says. Also, the sugars in them have sat for awhile, and have changed abit into something more like refined sugar, which makes a person fatter.
With a proper juice fast, you can lose up to 30 lsb in a month. But I wouldn't expect to lose that much, because you are already skinny.
