I'm doing the vegan diet. I only eat fruit during the day and then for dinner i have tofu or soup.

Also is it working?

Gluten-free for me. I'm going anti-vegan, anti-vegetable protein! (tofu and seitan actually make me sick, auto-immune reaction.)

Fried red meat, fried potato, cheese, rice, peppers, onions, eggs, bacon, coffee, milk, whipped cream. Its like, I can eat whatever I want as long as it doesn't have a single crumb of bread! High protein vegetables just don't agree with me, but my body metabolizes that junk I named perfectly.

Does it work? It does for me and another 1% of the population at least. I know it won't work for everyone, diet is or should be, a very individualistic thing based on what your ancestors adapted to genetically.

I don't diet. It's all a scam. As long as you eat the right portions, you can eat whatever you want. Enjoy your tofu and fruit. I'm going to have some cake.

I've never been over 105. So you tell me if it works. But I also have a really good metabolism. But I still stand by what I said.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

i have been following this for almost 2 years now
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
i dont look at it as a diet- its the way i eat.

i dont go on an actually "diet", but its my whole lifestyle.

also, the reason why some diets dont work is because people fail to EXERCISE. in the end, all diets require food, right? the lack of exercise causes you body to not require as much energy. thats when all the food (any food, mind you, whether tofu or steak) turns to fat or is stored as a different source of energy for the future. when you exercise its burns more calories and in turn uses all that stored fat and energy.

i used to weigh 135, but now im 130, it may not seem big, but i lost 2% of my total body fat, which is more important than weight

I don't believe in diets. Just eat in moderation. It would be totally un-American not to enjoy at least one junk food. Take your vitamins, drink lots of water, and exercise whenever possible.

Gosh, I wish I could adhere to these rules...

Seriously though, if you're comfortable being on a vegan diet, than more power to you. Good luck.
